2. Purpose
These terms and conditions govern the purchase of products through the website, specifically towels and textile products for the home, sold in Spain and in the rest of the countries of the European Union.
3. Purchase Process
The purchase process is carried out entirely online.
The purchase shall be deemed confirmed at the moment the customer receives the order confirmation by email.
4. Prices and Taxes
All prices displayed on the website are expressed in pounds (£) and include VAT or other applicable taxes depending on the country of destination within the European Union.
Brigetelli reserves the right to modify prices at any time, without affecting orders that have already been confirmed.
5. Payment Methods
Payment for orders may be made using the payment methods available in the online store at the time of purchase, such as credit/debit card, PayPal, or other enabled methods.
6. Shipping
Shipping is free of charge for all orders placed in Spain and in the rest of the countries of the European Union.
Orders are processed within an estimated period of 24 to 72 business hours.
Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and the transport company used. Brigetelli shall not be held responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond its control.
7. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with current consumer protection regulations, the customer has a period of 14 calendar days from receipt of the order to exercise the right of withdrawal, without the need to provide any justification.
To exercise this right, the customer must notify their decision by email to brigetellibusiness@gmail.com
8. Returns and Refunds
Products must be returned in perfect condition, unused, and in their original packaging.
Once the product has been received and its condition verified, the corresponding refund will be processed within a maximum period of 14 calendar days, using the same payment method used for the purchase.
Return shipping costs shall be borne by the customer, except in cases of defective products or products sent in error.
9. Defective or Damaged Products
If a product arrives defective or damaged during transport, the customer must notify Brigetelli as soon as possible by sending an email to brigetellibusiness@gmail.com, indicating the issue and, where possible, providing images of the product.
In such cases, Brigetelli will proceed with the replacement of the product or the corresponding refund, in accordance with applicable regulations.
10. Legal Warranty
The products sold are covered by the legal warranty established by applicable Spanish and European regulations.
The warranty does not cover damage resulting from improper use, normal wear and tear, or inadequate maintenance of the product.
11. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These terms and conditions are governed by Spanish law and by the applicable regulations of the European Union regarding electronic commerce and consumer protection.
For the resolution of any disputes, the parties submit to the competent courts in accordance with applicable law.
